A clean polished nail is the equivalent of a sophisticated woman.

Nailspolish is the next best thing. It's becoming a big trend with all girls of all ages. Manicures have never been so hot and keeping your nails up to par is more and more important. And above all ... it's a fun beauty statement.

These Christian Louboutin inspired nails are truly divine and would look good with any LBD aka Little Black Dress.

Within this world of nail art there are a lot of different trends; animal prints, geometric prints, funny prints, watercoloring, ombre, glitter, matte finishes, liquid sand, nudes, neon, pastels the list is endless. You name it and it's out there!

Another trend I picked up on are pointy nails. I already said something about in on my Facebook page and got a lot of shocked reactions. Some of my followers thought it looked hideous! Lot's of celebs though have been seen with this mean looking mani.

Let me know what you think. Singers Adele, Rihanna, Beyonce and Lana del Rey have all given it a try and looked fabulous as always.

My favorite is called half moon. Especially in combination with lot's of knuckle rings!

If you want to learn more about nail art www.pshiiit.com is where it's at. It's a shame that website is mainly in French, but the photos and (video) tutorials do speak for themselves.

"Have fun exploring!"
